On the menu daily is dumbboy and rice with various Liberian soups. Her potato greens and cassava leaf are favorites. Dinner includes spaghetti, roasted fish, jollof rice and vegetable salad. Grab a cold beer, stout, soft drinks or chilled wine. Catering services are available any group size to the Blue Lake.
